PRESENTATION
Cottage, at 10 km south of Dinan, located on a large ornemental land, splited with our flower farm and some others old uninhabited barns. Ideal for a family restful stay, or for discovering medieval villages with Breton history and culture, our cottage may also offer you green holidays, or seeside holidays.
Most of the time, we stay here to help or inquire you if you need.
DESCRIPTION
Charming cottage with sleeps 6, in an individual house. The site, based on a 1 hectare garden, is very quiet, there are no closed neighbours. The private terrace not overlooked, south facing but shaded if you want, allows you to rest and enjoy the garden and the sun.
The inside is large and luminous, and provide all the desired comfort.
Fully renovated by ourselves during 5 years, our cottage comes from an old farm barn. We kept the local stones from walls and highlighted them, and then we have carefully chosen others materials, in order to links harmoniously old and modern style. All of this stays in an outside flowery and landscape environment.

One bedroom for parents with a queen-size bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with two single beds or one queen-size bed depending on your needs. Storage, desks, Internet connection.
Kitchen - Dining room
Fully equipped with dishes, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, home appliance, many free storage.
Living room
Relaxation area with television, free wifi, library, board games, wardrobe, inside games for little children on demand, tourist brochures.
Bathroom / WC / Laundry room
Shower, double sink, blowing dry towel, hair-dryer, 2 separate WC, washing machine and dryer, iron, clothes rack.
Outside
Cottage access with large private and enlightened parking, private terrace with garden lounge, large enlightened umbrella and barbecue.
Ornamental garden, games for young and adults, relaxation area, ping-pong, swing, game boat.
We can also provide you a barn to store your bicycles.
Ideal lodging for family, suitable for young children
Staircase security barrier. Baby bed with sheets on demand, baby bathtub and changing table with baby towels, a high chair and booster chair, baby games.

CONTACT
We are Frédéric and Karine. In the spring 2016, we decided to leave the town, and install here in order to enhance the garden and create this cottage. I, Frédéric, am an engineer in audiovisual field. I, Karine, am a flowers producer, for organic, local and season flowers. We are 50th anniversary, and both nature lovers.

PRICES
​Per night :
150 € in high season (july-august)
120 € in average season (may, june, september, et others french school holidays)
100 € in low season (other dates)
A reduction of 15 % is applied if you book for 7 nights or more, ie the seventh night is free.
Our prices include sheets and towels, and the cleaning.

You will add 1,50 € per adulte (from 18) and per night for tourist taxes.
